I have a sister with an intellectual disability. When she panics, it's hard for her to control her emotions. We try to help calm her, but it's challenging due to our own studies and jobs. Our usual approach—deep breathing, music—feels repetitive. This app, paired with a special wristband, sends calming messages to users during panic attacks and tracks their mental state. It reduces the burden on families by offering emotional support. The wristband detects panic by monitoring heart rate, blood flow, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. If panic is detected, the app sends messages similar to those families usually give. It also notifies families for real-time help. The app records users’ mental state changes, helping identify panic triggers. Users can also note their disabilities to communicate their needs more easily.
